Medieval Italian 14th Century Christian Lion of St Mark coin in 14k yellow gold filled pendant

Prior to mounting , this coin was inspected by an expert numismatist specializing in ancient coinage and comes with a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing it to be genuine and as described. The coin is a silver Soldino, and was struck in the Italian state of Venice under the rule of Francesco Dandolo as the Doge of Venice, between 1329-1339AD. Depicted on the coin is the Lion of St Mark (St Mark the evangelist), holding a standard. The opposite side depicts the Doge of Venice kneeling in prayer, holding banner. The coin is held safely through tension, unmarked and can be removed at any point. The pendant was 100% handmade in America by an expert jeweler and is made of genuine 14 karat yellow gold filled material. Gold filled material is similar to solid gold in durability and appearance but at a fraction of the cost, while being vastly superior to gold plating as it will not flake off or change color over time
