Prior to mounting, this coin was inspected by an expert numismatist specializing in ancient coinage and comes with a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing its genuine and as described here within. This pendant contains a bronze Ancient Egyptian coin from the Ptolemaic Kingdom and was minted between 285-246BC under Ptolemy II. The coin features the portrait of Zeus Ammon, a combination of the Greek god Zeus and the Egyptian god Ammon. The reverse depicts an Eagle with wings spread. The pendant was also 100% hand made in the USA by an expert jeweler and is comprised of sterling silver. The coin is safely held by tension and can be removed at any point without damaging the coin. the silver chain pictured is not included
