Medieval Christian Lion and Cross Silver Coin in Sterling Silver Pendant
Prior to mounting, this coin was inspected by an expert numismatist specializing in ancient coinage and comes with a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing its genuine and as described here within. The coin is a silver Tram struck under King Levon III of Armenia between 1301-1307AD. The obverse depicts a lions with the Christian cross on a staff. The reverse depicts King Levon III riding a horse and holding the cross. The pendant was 100% handmade in the USA by an expert jeweler and is comprised of sterling silver. The coin is held in place by tension, and can be removed safely at any time. The silver chain in pictures is not included
