The coin is a bronze coin struck in the Roman province of Troas, city of Alexandria under the rule of emperor Caracalla between 198-217AD. The coin features the portrait of Caracalla along with a horse on the other. The pendant was 100% handmade in America by an expert jeweler and is comprised of sterling silver.
