The coin is a silver billon denaro minted in the Italian city state of Ancona between 1200-1300AD. The coin features a beautiful Latin cross, the symbol of Christianity and the Crusades. The pendant was 100% hand made in America by an expert jeweler and is comprised of genuine 14 karat solid gold.
