The coin is a silver denier minted between the 12th and 13th century in the Italian state of Genoa. The coin features the Christian cross on the obverse, the symbol of the crusades. The pendant was 100% handmade in America by an expert jewler and is comprised of 14k yellow gold filled material. The chain pictured is not included
